Meet Melissa. Even though this entrepreneur was only 21 when she opened up her bakeshop in 2017, she had already spent hundreds of hours baking, and knew it was her life's passion. As a child she loved to bake with her mom and grandmother, and after completing high school she took her love of the kitchen to George Brown College, where she completed a culinary course to prepare to live out her dream.
Chances are you will meet Melissa when you come into Sugar & Spice, or see her in the kitchen, whipping up one of her amazing creations. Get ready to taste the love.
